What We Are Looking For: UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Recent experience of working in a classroom, with the ability to quickly adapt to different learning environments. An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one (which you can do through us!). The ability to confidently manage classrooms and respond effectively to varying pupil needs. A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
