Operations Planning Manager


Join a purpose-driven organisation at the forefront of healthcare manufacturing. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to lead their production planning function and play a pivotal role in our senior site leadership team.

This is more than just a planning role. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including the Managing Director, to ensure operations are aligned with customer demand, factory capability, and supply chain readiness.

Essential Experience & Skills

1. Proven experience in S&OP, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Management within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
2. Strong knowledge of MHRA GMP and GDP compliance.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills, including with senior executives and key customers.
