What you will do on a typical day:
Keep systems running smoothly by performing housekeeping tasks in DLX, SYNQ & 6RS
* Raise and manage tickets for system issues, fixing errors quickly to keep operations flowing
* Handle system downtime by working with engineers and updating key stakeholders to minimise disruption
* Manage user access across all systems and carry out monthly audits to ensure security and compliance
* Support warehouse processes through the Warehouse Management System
(WMS), including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory operations
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with engineers, colleagues and stakeholders
