Salary: £31,537 - £34,434 FTE per annum
Actual Salary: £27,035 - £29,518 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus two days (192 working days per year)
Start Date: ASAP

About the role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Student Liaison Officer to join our team at The King's School. You will:
* Provide leadership and operational management to an assigned pastoral group
* Raise attendance and standards
* Enforce excellent behaviour to contribute towards students' academic attainment
* Contribute towards the strategic leadership of the pastoral system across the school
* Lead and be responsible for the implementation, operational logistics and reporting on elements of the pastoral system.

* Is passionate about making a difference in changing children's life chances.
* Can support children of all abilities and needs.
* Works well as part of a team but can also work independently using their own initiative.
