Hours: Monday Friday | 08:00 16:30 (30-minute lunch)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented? We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our busy Manufacturing team. Youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by managing stock, preparing fixing kits, and supporting general production activities.
You'll need to be proactive, dependable, and health & safety conscious, with a flexible approach to supporting colleagues and meeting operational goals. In return, youll be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate stock levels across stores and workstations
* Prepare fixing kits for Service Delivery teams
* Assist in production during peak times or staff shortages
* Clean and maintain factory areas, panels, and appliances
* Ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment (including external areas)
* Raise any operational concerns promptly to reduce delays or errors
* Adhere to Health & Safety and company policy at all times
* Act professionally when representing the business in uniform and when driving company vehicles
* Support continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
* Learn new skills such as plumbing or electrics where needed
