Overview
Preparation Manager Needed in Oldham.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required).
Salary: £35,000 basic with OTE up to £40,000.

Responsibilities
* Order and manage parts required for vehicle preparation
* Coordinate vehicles arriving into stock to ensure smooth workflow through all departments
* Ensure vehicles are fully prepared and retail ready within required timescales
* Liaise with workshop, valeting, and sales teams to maintain efficiency
* Support general operational organisation within the preparation process
Qualifications
* Previous experience within automotive operations, parts, or vehicle preparation
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Proactive attitude with attention to detail and team collaboration
* Full UK driving licence
