* Keep the office diary up to date and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistical details as needed.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
* Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as required.
* Assist with general office tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
