Our mission: helping people to a better future About the role We are looking for a motivated Administrator (Client Care Coordinator), to join our Family team in Cambridge. Experience of Family law will be an advantage, however, full training will be given. Travel to our other offices will occasionally be required for in-person team meetings. What this role would include Assist the Client Care Leader/Manager in delivering high-quality administrative support to solicitors, ensuring the smooth delivery of legal services to clients. Understand client needs to deliver exceptional, client-focused support to solicitors. Collaborate with the wider Client Care team to ensure consistency and provide cross-team support. Handle financial tasks such as requesting cheques, processing payments, and managing receipts as directed. Ensure compliance with firm policies and systems.
