Electrical Design Engineer We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a world-class process and packaging company within Aerosols, Coatings and Pharmaceutical industries. Electrical Design Engineer - Responsibilities include: * Assisting with the ongoing drawing transition from AutoCAD to EPLAN, working with the rest of the Automation Department to agree on methods of working and drawing standards * Generating electrical drawings and panel Layouts, with supporting electrical documentation (BOM, Component Lists, Cable Schedules, Terminal Rail Layouts etc.) * Ensure all electrical drawings are updated promptly throughout the lifecycle of the project and shared with all relevant departments * Maintain a database of preferred electrical devices to ensure consistency in functional hardware from project to project Electrical Design Engineer - Requirements include: * In-depth knowledge of EPLAN P8 and Pro Panel 3D is a necessity (Essential) * Formal Electrical Engineering Qualification (e.g. apprenticeship) (Essential) * An EPLAN Certified Engineer (ECE) qualification (Desirable) * Familiarity with Automated production machinery or other similar capital equipment (Desirable) * Has worked in a project environment in cross-functional project teams (Desirable) Electrical Design Engineer Benefits: * Working hours: Total weekly working hours: 37 ½ - 09:00-12:30 and 14:00-16:00 * 23 days 2 discretionary days Bank Holidays, 3 discretionary to be saved for Xmas. * Bonus - a Christmas bonus and a profit-related bonus. * Life Cover - Immediate life and accident cover. * Pension - automatically enrolled at 4% employer and 5% employee, which is the statutory minimum for our scheme.
