BioTalent are working with a Cold Chain Solutions organisation who are looking to find a high performing ambitious APAC Business Development Manager. This is an exciting new role with exceptional growth potential as part of an international expansion plan. My client are a specialist business providing sustainable temperature-controlled services and containers to the global life sciences sector.
This role will offer you
* Create, own and deliver an APAC sales strategy working with an existing global sales team
* The opportunity to work in a fast-paced, expanding business with the chance to influence and drive change
* Regional territory with lots of new target clients to go after
* Get involved in the global BD strategy
* Growth prospects into new territories and emerging markets
* Broad and varied responsibilities and challenges on a daily basis

You will be responsible for
* Creating a high-performing, best-in-class Business Development strategy to help accelerate market share
* Lead generation and prospects
* Presentation solutions and pitching to clients
* Networking in the cold chain packaging space across APAC including attending conferences and trade shows
* Working with internal stakeholders to develop, manage and prepare quotes and RFIs
* Drive business improvement and increase profitability
* Close day-to-day collaboration with the BD teams in AsiaPac/region and UK, US, EU and South Africa
* Account Management including pricing negotiations and owning a key account strategic plan
You will bring the following
* Excellent track record in new account generation and overachieving sales targets
* Commercial acumen
* Knowledge of market mapping, pipeline generation and competitor analysis
* Data driven approach with a track record of creating scalable processes and a clear structured strategy
* Experience in the cold-chain packaging market
* Willingness to work in a SME environment (fast paced, ability to get stuck in, problem solver etc)
