Position
A PA is needed to support a young woman in the HU7 area to access the community.
Responsibilities
* Support the woman with community outings and activities such as cinema, concerts, shopping, and meals.
* Accompany her to appointments.
* Provide personal care support (showering, dressing and stoma care) once a trusting relationship has been established.
* Encourage and promote independent living and maintain a positive, confident, and supportive environment.

* Demonstrated commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
* Must be able to pass a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check – the cost is reimbursed by the employer.
