What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a full-time Content Creator to join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of our video marketing efforts. Reporting directly to our marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects and brands, creating compelling, engaging, and impactful videos that tell stories and connect with audiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), ensuring that the videos align with current trends in filming, transitions, and lighting techniques.
* Studio Filming & Production: Work with studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear, to create professional-grade video content.
* AI-Driven Video Creation: Utilize AI-powered tools like Veo 3 to enhance video production, editing, and optimization processes.
* Storytelling & Emotion: Create videos that tell a story, evoke emotions, and effectively engage audiences.
* Trend Integration: Stay ahead of trends in video production and social media, utilizing popular techniques and tools to make our videos stand out and attract attention.
* Social Media Strategy: Develop video content both for organic growth and paid advertising, optimizing content for various platforms and audiences.
* Leadership & Ownership: While creativity is key, we also expect you to bring leadership, confidence, and a strong sense of ownership to the table. You’ll be expected to collaborate with the team, offer proactive ideas, and help drive the creative vision for the brands you’ll be working on. This isn’t a role where projects are just handed to you—we need someone who will take the initiative and make things happen.
* Commercial Focus: Yes, we’re a creative company, but we’re also focused on results. We need someone who understands the importance of measuring impact and ensuring that what we create is moving the needle for the brand and the bottom line. Your creativity should drive business results.
* Speed & Output: This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where output matters. You will be expected to produce a large number of videos each month. * Creative & Skilled: You have a natural talent for creating visually stunning content that tells a compelling story. You’re proficient in video production, lighting, camera setup, and editing.
* Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using AI tools like Veo 3 and other video editing software to enhance content production and efficiency.
* Social Media Pro: You have experience creating content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, with an understanding of what works for both organic reach and paid ads.
* Passionate About Tech & Fintech: Ideally, you have an interest in technology, particularly in the fintech space, and are excited to create content that speaks to this audience.
* Proactive & Collaborative: You don’t wait for projects to come to you. You’re someone who actively contributes new ideas, collaborates with the team, and pushes forward with a sense of initiative. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership and make things happen without being micromanaged.
* Leadership & Confidence: You bring confidence to your work and have the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision. You know when to step up, offer suggestions, and confidently share your vision for content.
* Commercially Minded: You understand that creativity doesn’t exist in a vacuum. You’ll use your creative skills to drive measurable results and contribute directly to the business’s goals.
* Fast-Paced: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and delivering a high volume of videos on a monthly basis. Speed is key in this role, and you should be able to create content quickly without compromising quality.
