As a Capital Director within the UK P&C Consulting Practice, you will work alongside some of the market’s top thought leaders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that enable insurers to derive real value from capital modelling, feeding into business and capital strategy, reinsurance purchase, and portfolio management.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Implementing efficient capital modelling processes tailored to business needs
* Supporting C-Suite executives to gain genuine insights and value from capital modelling
* Leading sales activities for Igloo and related technology and consulting solutions
* Leveraging your market knowledge to develop innovative solutions for capital modelling and management, collaborating with various teams across WTW
* Designing sophisticated management information and capital management capabilities
The Role
Your main responsibilities include:
Clients
* Building a market profile as a representative and advocate of WTWs capital modelling consulting services and software tools
* Developing trusted advisor relationships with senior client contacts through effective communication and quality project execution
* Collaborating with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that address broader business issues
* Demonstrating commitment to WTWs professional standards in analysis management and client communications
Thought Leadership
* Leading or contributing to the development of the companys intellectual capital, including market strategies related to effective capital modelling in business
* Establishing and enhancing a public reputation in a chosen specialization through articles and presentations
Financial and Business Development
* Achieving sales and intellectual capital development goals
* Developing and presenting proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the economic value of WTWs offerings
* Utilizing existing contacts to obtain introductions to new prospects and developing supporters for the companys products and services
People
* Building internal relationships and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
* Serving as a manager or mentor to junior colleagues
