Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will work within an integrated Children's Nursing team covering both CCN & H@H, the role as a community children's nurse is highly varied. We are one large team covering both borough's of Greenwich & Bexley. The caseload is varied with referrals of CYP who have complex medical needs, long term health conditions and short term health conditions requiring rapid service input to enable CYP to be discharged from hospital early.

Children's Nursing Qualification
Essential criteria
* Evidence of NMC Child Nurse qualification at diploma or degree level
* Practice Assessors qualification
Desirable criteria
* Evidence of working within a community setting
* Evidence of continued professional development
Evidence of core competence within previous and present roles
Essential criteria
* Evidence of core competence within previous and current roles
* Evidence of working with children within the community setting
Car driver, clean driving license
