As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
* Deliver pre-set work and maintain classroom discipline
* Support the school team in creating a positive and safe learning environment
This is an ideal opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced cover staff, or teaching assistants looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
* A confident, calm, and professional approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
* Availability at short notice (daily, short-term, or longer assignments)
* Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential)
