The clinic environment
You’ll work across a group of modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinics, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

The role
As a Cluster Manager, you’ll:
5. Lead and support multiple clinics, with Bath as your main location
6. Spend 3 days per week in clinic as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, leading by example
7. Take ownership of cluster performance, customer outcomes, and team development
8. Coach and develop your teams to deliver strong clinical and commercial results
9. Maintain high operational standards across all locations
10. Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building strong customer and team relationships
11. Collaborate with Regional and Support Office teams to deliver business priorities

What we’re looking for
31. Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC registered)
32. 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
33. Strong commercial awareness and track record of delivering results
34. Experience supporting or leading others (multi-site desirable)
35. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
36. Strong organisational and operational capability
