The Role
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Team Leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations within our GBS HR team. This role is hands‑on, people-focused, and central to ensuring exceptional HR service delivery across our global offices. You'll lead a growing team, drive process excellence, guide junior colleagues, and play a pivotal role in embedding improvements, technology, and best practice across our HR operations.

Essential Skills & Experience
Leadership & People Management
* Proven experience in HR Shared Services at Team Leader or Manager level
* Ability to coach, mentor and develop junior team members
* Confident in managing performance, providing feedback, and building high‑performing teams
HR Operations & Technical Expertise
* Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
* Experience managing HR operations across multiple offices or regions
* Hands‑on experience with Workday is highly desirable
* Experience using case management tools (ServiceNow or equivalents)
* Ability to manage high-volume workloads and balance competing priorities
Process Improvement & Governance
* Experience implementing process improvements and change initiatives
* Able to manage operational risks, documentation updates, and compliance
* Strong understanding of employment law and internal controls
