We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This role offers variety and fun, allowing you to meet people from around the world and help them enjoy their visit with our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.
As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions. Providing excellent service, promoting our products, and offering local advice are essential responsibilities.
Experience and Skills
* Passion and flair for excellent customer care with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* High standards of presentation, punctuality, and teamwork.
* A passion for sales and a results-oriented approach.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Job Specifics
* Seasonal contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities based on performance.
* Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
* Availability during peak season from April to August.
* Pay rate: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 on 31 March 2025. Commission earnings average between £20–£40 daily, based on sales.
