The Role Youll be providing vital administrative and file management support to the conveyancing team, assisting fee earners across a range of residential property transactions. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service. Typical duties will include: Preparing and drafting correspondence and legal documents. Assisting with opening and closing files, ID checks, and compliance processes. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to progress matters. Supporting with post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems. About You Previous experience in a conveyancing or property support role is preferred. Confident communicator with strong organisational skills. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well within a team. IT literate with experience using case management systems. Why Apply?
