Description: We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing Ortho sales team. The role requires strong leadership, proven management skills, and the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable to achieve outstanding results.
Ideal candidate locations: London, Reading, Guildford, Southampton, Brighton
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers to consistently deliver against sales targets
* Drive adoption and growth of Invisalign and iTero within the orthodontic channel
* Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and build action plans to accelerate growth
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial to maximise impact in the field
* Conduct regular co-travel and field visits to support and challenge team members
* Ensure consistent execution of sales strategy and programs across the region
* Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement within the team
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* 7+ years of sales experience including proven track record in leading and developing successful sales teams
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills to bring out the best in others
* Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by driving team success
* Experience in the dental, orthodontic, or medical device industry preferred
* Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
