About Us: Reflections is an established, stylish salon located in the heart of Didcot. We have undergone full refurb (come check it out) and soon to rebrand to take on a whole new era of the salon as Salon 122.
We are now looking for a talented and professional Salon Manager who excited by the opportunity to manage and help grow the business, sharing in its success.
The Role: As Salon Manager, you will split your time between delivering exceptional hair services and overseeing the daily operations of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a full range of hair services to a high standard (cutting, colouring, styling, treatments).
* Lead by example, setting standards.
* Manage the day-to-day running of the salon.
* Inspire, train, and support the team to achieve big things.
* Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
* Drive revenue growth and profitability, working closely with the salon owner to meet agreed targets.
About You (the technicalities):
* Be a leader with good management skills, commercially minded and a positive outlook
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Hairdressing.
* Minimum 5 years of salon floor experience, with a strong portfolio of work.
