Key areas of focus include: Leading and developing the AP function through capable Team Leads Ensuring robust governance and internal controls across payments and supplier accounts Driving automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency Managing complex supplier issues and escalations Delivering clear reporting on creditor balances and payment forecasts Partnering with finance and operational leadership across the business About You We are keen to speak with experienced Accounts Payable leaders who bring: Proven experience managing high-volume AP teams Strong leadership capability, particularly managing through Team Leads or layered team structures Solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and supplier account management Track record of improving AP processes and operational performance Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within construction, engineering, or project-based environments would be beneficial.
