We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join a dynamic Science department in September 2025.
Duties as Chemistry Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Prepare students for internal and external examinations, ensuring strong academic progress.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Contribute to departmental planning, resources and extra-curricular science activities.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject and teaching methodologies.
Ideal Chemistry Teacher:
* A degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proven experience teaching Chemistry in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills as a Chemistry Teacher.
* A passion for inspiring young people and fostering a love of science.
