Looking to build school experience now and secure something longer-term for September?
We’re recruiting confident and experienced HLTAs to support schools on a supply basis, with opportunities for full-time and permanent roles later in the year.
If you love leading learning, supporting pupils, and being that go-to person staff can rely on, this could be right up your street.
Your role could include:
• Delivering lessons across the classroom
• Supporting teachers with planning and interventions
• Leading small group sessions
• Covering classes when needed
• Helping pupils stay engaged, confident, and on track
Why schools love HLTAs:
You’re adaptable, calm under pressure, and brilliant at building relationships quickly. No two days are the same, but that’s where HLTAs really shine.
What’s in it for you?
• Flexible work around your schedule
• Opportunities to experience different schools
• Build confidence ahead of September
• Long-term and permanent opportunities available
• Every day makes a genuine difference
Looking for a permanent HLTA role in September?
A lot of schools are already planning their September staffing and using supply to meet future long-term staff.
Working on supply now gives you the chance to build relationships with schools, gain valuable experience, and find the setting that feels right for you before committing full-time.
