Head of Marketing | DTC | Manchester | Salary up to £95k Basic
This is a pivotal leadership role for a Head of Marketing who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving eCommerce environment, balancing growth planning with day-to-day delivery. The Head of Marketing will own the marketing roadmap, driving acquisition, retention, and brand performance while making a measurable impact on revenue and customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning.
* Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance and brand activity.
* Drive acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), optimising for ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
* Build and execute a retention strategy using CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty programmes.
* Collaborate with trading, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with launches and commercial goals.
* Develop engaging content and social strategies, leveraging influencers and community activity.
* Guide and mentor a small team while managing external agencies and partners.
* Analyse marketing performance, reporting on key KPIs and making data-driven recommendations.
* Identify new growth opportunities through emerging channels, partnerships, and market trends.
* Ensure all marketing activity supports customer lifetime value and long-term brand equity.
What you will bring

* Strong track record in performance marketing with a deep understanding of paid media, attribution, and optimisation.
