We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an elite boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and a proven M&A background, who are fluent in the language, will also be considered.
This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in the TMT space within a renowned team. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates eager to operate in this space are also welcome. A strong educational background and undergraduate degree are required.
The role will include:
* Assisting in the execution of TMT mandates
* Preparing marketing pitch-books and related materials
* Gathering public information through various sources
* Generating valuation models and benchmark analyses
