Private Client Solicitor – Senior Associate / Partner A nationally respected law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Manchester Private Client team at Senior Associate or Partner level. Location: Manchester PQE: 5 Working Pattern: Hybrid Package: Excellent salary plus bonus STEP Qualification: Preferred Overview This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior role within a highly regarded practice, advising on high-value, technically complex private client matters and playing a key role in shaping the future of the team. High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients The successful candidate will act for a prestigious client base including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and trustees. Responsibilities will include: Advising on succession planning and inheritance tax mitigation Wealth protection and estate planning Trust and estate administration Capital gains tax and charity advisory work Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development Active involvement in client relationship management and business development There is also scope for optional involvement in contentious probate matters and international or cross-border planning, depending on experience and interest.
