Role Description
We’re looking for a talented and motivated designer to join our new design studio on the outskirts of Faversham.
This role would suit someone with strong technical design experience who also has a creative flair and a friendly, can-do attitude. You’ll be joining a young and ambitious team that is passionate about pushing the business forward and delivering exciting projects.
Our studio specialises in hospitality design, but we are keen to expand our work across a variety of sectors, including garden design and other industries. We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing creative ideas to life while ensuring projects meet the highest technical standards.
What we’re looking for:
* Solid technical design experience
* Strong knowledge of commercial building regulations
* Awareness of Principal Designer duties
* A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh ideas
* Someone who can work independently using their own initiative, as well as collaboratively with our lead designers
* A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to grow with the business
