Executive/Personal Assistant (PA) Construction

Led by innovative and entrepreneurial management, this company are specialists in groundworks and civil engineering. Their projects include; schools, student accommodation, hospitals, prisons, steel frame warehouses/ sheds, car dealerships, roads, supermarkets, and more between £100k - £40m. With plans for continued growth, you’ll have the opportunity for career progression parallel to the businesses expansion.

As a Personal Assistant (PA), you’ll be...

* Helping to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
* Supporting leadership teams with day-to-day administrative needs
* Assisting in managing project documentation and compliance records
* Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports and spreadsheets
* Managing the company’s social media accounts and website updates
* Collecting and maintaining a portfolio of project photos, case studies, and testimonials
* Developing and managing marketing materials, brochures, presentations and content

Must haves…

* Experience/ strong knowledge of the construction sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools [eg. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Mailchimp etc..]
* Detail-orientated, with strong organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
