Job Description Your Mission: Join this Defence project providing Risk Expertise through a Joint Project Team delivering an infrastructure programme. We’re seeking a Risk Manager to lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Programme Delivery Lead, you’ll work across our clients site, and industry partners to manage risks in a complex, fast-paced environment. You’ll need strong project delivery and risk management skills, with experience handling major infrastructure projects and navigating multiple stakeholders. What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead the delivery of the risk management process, roadmap, and Target Operating Model (TOM) ✅ Facilitate monthly risk reviews, workshops, and maintain risk registers & dashboards ✅ Support Quantitative Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) and quarterly reporting ⏱️ ✅ Manage project assumptions and maintain the Master Data & Assumptions List (MDAL) ✅ Track mitigation plans and ensure risk actions are delivered ✅ Collaborate with project leads, suppliers, and partners to manage risks, avoid duplication, and drive delivery ✅ Monitor supply chain performance and flag emerging issues early ✅ Ensure compliance with client processes and infrastructure requirements ️
