What's involved with this role: JOB TITLE: Data Protection Officer REF: JD 000A 38B5 / 1 Pay rate: £17.00-£19.00 per hour PAYE (negotiable for the right candidate) Working Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day in-office at Glenfield, LE3 8RA; 2–3 days in-office during initial training) The role: Our client is seeking an experienced Data Protection Administrator to support compliance across a wide range of service areas. This is a part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) on a 2-month temporary assignment, ideal for someone available to start immediately. You’ll be responsible for independently reviewing and supporting data protection practices, working closely with managers and internal teams to ensure compliance with legislation. You’ll also manage privacy notices, provide expert advice, and maintain information assets. The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to advise colleagues at all levels.
