Overview
To work across the clinical areas of Inpatient Unit and any other clinical areas as necessary. Support and assist qualified nursing staff in delivering high standards of person-centred care to patients and those important to them. Observe and report the patients general condition to the qualified nursing staff. Have a basic understanding of the holistic needs of the patients and those important to them, and communicate with them as appropriate, referring to a qualified nurse when necessary.
Responsibilities
* Work across the clinical areas of the Inpatient Unit and other clinical areas as necessary.
* Support and assist qualified nursing staff in delivering high standards of person-centred care to patients and those important to them.
* Observe and report patients' general condition to the qualified nursing staff.
* Understand the holistic needs of patients and their families and communicate with them as appropriate, referring to a qualified nurse when necessary.
* Overtime: be willing to work additional hours within the Working Time Regulations; overtime hours are not guaranteed.

Salary: 0-2 years experience £24,554. 2+ years experience £24,866
