FusePump, Brighton, England, United Kingdom. We are working with a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Brighton who is looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role with great training and progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* You'll be the first point of contact for client IT issues, including password resets, Outlook issues, and basic troubleshooting.
* Work within a structured escalation process and be supported by a collaborative team.
* Provide 1st Line IT support in an MSP environment and contribute to ticket resolution and user satisfaction.
What You'll Need
* Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
* Experience or exposure to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
* Understanding of Active Directory, basic networking, and remote support tools.
* Confident communicator (written and verbal).
* A genuine enthusiasm for tech and problem-solving.
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
* IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.).
* Prior MSP experience.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.).
