Graduate Hardware Engineer
Location: Guildford, Surrey (on-site)
An exciting new opportunity has opened for a Graduate Hardware Engineer to join a technology-focused team in Guildford. As a Graduate Hardware Engineer, you'll be working across the full hardware product lifecycle from schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping to lab validation and system integration. The role of Graduate Hardware Engineer will expose you to both analogue and digital electronics, embedded systems, and collaborative work with software and mechanical engineering disciplines.
What you'll do:
Assist with schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection.
Support the bring-up, testing, and debugging of prototype hardware.
Collaborate with software and mechanical teams for smooth system integration.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to documentation.
What we're looking for:
A degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field).
University-level exposure to PCB design, circuit design, or embedded systems (projects, placements, or internships).
Meticulous attention to detail, logical problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
