About the Role
We're recruiting motivated individuals to join our established programme, designed to develop the next generation of rail professionals. This is a unique opportunity within the rail sector, combining hands‑on experience with structured training and dedicated mentorship. Upon successful completion, you could progress into roles such as Signalling & Telecoms Technician or Team Leader in Rail Engineering.
What You'll Be Doing
* Work alongside experienced S&T engineers
* Gain hands‑on experience in rail infrastructure
* Carry out installation and maintenance activities on‑site
* Apply your learning in real‑world environments
Your formal training will be delivered by an approved provider and fully funded by us.
* You'll receive a minimum of 7 hours pay per day while attending training courses
* Supported by a dedicated Training Officer and ongoing mentorship
* Guided by your line manager to help shape your long‑term career

* Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour
* A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* PTS holder (advantageous)
* Rail experience (advantageous)
