Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate terms of sales or lettings on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local developments to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is essential.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including record keeping and report generation.
- A valid driving licence may be required for property viewings.
