Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Brighton, with some work from home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing marketing strategies, maintaining client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role will also involve analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to provide the best possible service to our clients.
Qualifications
* Client Management and Relationship Building skills
* Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
* Strong Project Management skills, including budget management and timeline adherence
* Data Analysis and Reporting skills
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Experience in the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus
