Call Centre Agent – Outbound Sales

The Role
You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team focused on reaching out to potential and previous clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our treatments, services, and offers.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Making outbound calls to warm and lapsed leads
2. Building rapport and uncovering clients’ skin concerns and goals
3. Promoting our treatments and converting interest into bookings
4. Meeting individual and team sales targets
5. Following up on enquiries and ensuring excellent aftercare communication
6. Maintaining accurate CRM records
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a strong interest in health & wellbeing, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
7. Previous outbound sales or call centre experience (essential)
8. Confident, engaging communicator with a consultative approach
9. Motivated by sales targets and commission opportunities
10. Ability to handle objections and remain resilient
11. Passion for skincare, aesthetics, or health & beauty sector (desirable)
12. Comfortable using booking systems and CRMs
