Responsibilities
* Support admin team with day-to-day operational admin.
* Reception/Switchboard duties: greeting/ID checking visitors, managing deliveries and staff vehicle management.
* Take and direct calls; manage announced call flow.
* Represent and front the business with a positive, polite, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Assist Sales/Recruitment teams by reformatting CVs in MS Word to a high standard of speed and accuracy.
* Data input and updating of in-house database system.
* General office duties such as filing, processing incoming/outgoing mail.
* Full training will be provided in all areas.
Minimum Requirements
* GCSE grades (4+) or equivalent.
* Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Mature, sensible approach.
* Outgoing personality.
* Punctual with strong time‑management and organisational skills.
* Honesty and integrity.
