Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a talented and eager Clinical Project Manager to join our UK team in a remote position. The Project Manager will perform activities to support the start-up, management, and completion of patient services for clinical research studies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Contracts support
* Review protocols for new requests or projects
* Study management and start-up activities
* Maintain study tracking database
* Communicate regularly with global study stakeholders, including CROs and Sponsors; manage client expectations and escalations
* Lead study, Kick-off, Investigators’ Meetings, and follow-up calls
* Act as main contact for Sponsor and CRO for Scout Clinical services
* Collaborate on operational policies and ensure adherence
* Oversee regulatory onboarding with Scout Clinical Compliance Team
* Prepare study-specific documentation throughout the study
* Train sites and study teams on the Scout portal
* Manage Scout Clinical portal configuration
* Support travel and reimbursement activities with Patient Liaison team
* Review study utilization and financial metrics
Ideal candidate experience, skills, and knowledge:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
* Experience in clinical/healthcare industry, preferably clinical research
* Understanding of project management and clinical trial process
* Ability to handle multiple projects and track key deadlines
