Role Description
We are fast-growing tech company who prides itself on leading the market.We’re looking for a confident and skilled Video Content Creator to bring our story to life. You’ll eventually be the face of our brand online, creating engaging videos that showcase our safety solutions and brand culture. This is a hands-on, video-first role where your creativity and personality will shape how our brand is seen and heard.
What You’ll Do
* Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media, website, campaigns, and product launches.
* Develop creative video concepts, scripts, and storyboards that tell our story and align with our digital strategy.
* Produce explainer videos, capture case studies and behind-the-scenes footage at events. Bring to life team stories and product experiences.
* Be the on-camera face of our brand, presenting, hosting, and narrating video content.
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and our video and design team to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
* Monitor performance metrics and optimise content to maximize reach and engagement.
About You
* Degree or background in Media Studies, Film/Video Production, or equivalent practical experience. We want to see previous content produced by you.
* Confident on camera with a natural, engaging presentation style.
* Strong experience in video production, filming, and editing
* Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, especially short-form content (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook).
* Experience working with a brand to maintain visual and messaging consistency across all digital and offline channels.
* Proven ability to translate a brand’s identity into cohesive content, campaigns, and design assets.
* Creative thinker who can manage projects from concept to delivery.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
* Experience in a tech company or the construction industry is advantageous, but not essential.
This role will require travel to capture content in multiple locations.
