About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
Implement tailored strategies to support children’s academic and social development.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and teaching staff.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs).
Is patient, empathetic, and committed to helping every child succeed.
Holds relevant qualifications or is willing to undertake training.
Can work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
