The opportunity
As Head of Commercial Retail and B2B Strategy and Innovation, you will lead a cross-functional team with one clear mandate.
To build a market-leading Retail and B2B proposition that sets the standard rather than follows it.
You will define and deliver a commercial strategy, translate insight into action and ensure that ideas move seamlessly from concept to launch. You will shape ranges, guide innovation and elevate customer experience, always with a sharp eye on revenue margin and long-term growth.

You are a strategic commercial leader with significant experience across retail and B2B, ideally within the food sector. You are comfortable operating at pace, navigating complexity and making decisions that matter.

A strong track record in innovative product development or commercial strategy.
Deep commercial acumen with a clear understanding of margins, customers and value creation.
A tech-savvy mindset open to smarter tools and better ways of working.
