About the Service
This is a welcoming, well-presented 10-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The service is set within the local community and offers a warm, positive environment where individuals are supported to thrive. The service is well regarded, homely, and genuinely lovely to work in, with a strong focus on dignity, respect, and independence.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping meaningful, high-quality support for the people we care for.
Care Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate assessments and personalised service plans
Review and adapt support plans to reflect individual needs
Allocate and oversee delivery of care plans
Empower service users to express their views
Maintain high standards of professional care
Build positive relationships with families and carers
Contribute to staffing coordination and leadership What We’re Looking For:
Caring, friendly, and positive personality
Experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
