Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a number of operations analysts on a contract basis. The role is on a hybrid working basis, and can be based out of either the London, Glasgow or Cardiff office. Key Responsibilities Contributing towards the administration of the organisational schemes and achievement of key performance indicators Updating, developing, documenting, and streamlining business procedures to ensure robust and efficient processes Ability to build good relationships and credibility with a range of colleagues and external business contacts Identify instances of potential fraud and non-compliance and make recommendations to management and relevant teams Deliver targeted number of cases as agreed with your manager as well as reviewing information provided from applicants within set timeframes Provide support on related issues across the team on an ad-hoc basis, including in relation to individual projects across the team Person Specification The ability to collect, analyse and investigate qualitative and quantitative data and evidence to arrive at conclusions and offer recommendations.
