JOB DESCRIPTION
The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at assigned commercial client sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
* Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors
* Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins
* Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins
* Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups
* Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
* Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
* Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
* Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
QUALIFICATIONS
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
* Works well independently and in a team environment
* Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* This position requires a high level of physical exertion
* Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required
