The Work - What You'll Be Doing You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters including: Drafting wills and advising on inheritance tax planning Probate and estate administration Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Advising on trust creation and trust administration Working closely with individuals, families and high-net-worth clients What you'll need: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) Unqualified Fee Earners who have managed their own substantial caseload are encouraged to apply At least 4 years of experience in private client law (wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate planning) Confident managing your own caseload with a high level of client care Proactive, organised and looking to grow your expertise within a supportive environment What's On Offer?
