What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Allocate resource to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Review available resource vs workloads and plan, calling out any potential risks
* Review and interpret information on reports/trackers and redeploy resource to meet the inventory/operational needs
* To ensure that cycle counts are completed within the given timeframe
* To ensure that route cause analysis is conducted on required adjustments
* To ensure the departments accuracy of any stock changes or amendments such as adjustments/status changes/sku modifications
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse
* Experience with using warehouse management systems
* Experience in inventory/stock control
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
* Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams daily
