Key Role Responsibilities:
* Design, launch and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and additional platforms.
* Conduct detailed keyword research to identify top-performing and negative keywords.
* Write compelling ad copy aligned with target audiences and client goals.
* Analyse campaign performance, applying data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
* Produce performance and ROI reports for internal and client presentations.
* Monitor and resolve campaign suspensions while maintaining compliance with ad guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal SEO and content teams to deliver integrated strategies.
Key Attributes Required:
* 3–5 years' experience in PPC, ideally within a marketing/advertising agency.
* Google Ads certifications and proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
* Experience with Bing Ads and paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
* Strong command of keyword research, bidding strategy, and A/B testing.
* Skilled in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page best practices.
* Proficient in PPC tools such as Google Ads Editor and analytics platforms.
* Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
