Overview:
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team inThorne, doncaster
Reports to:SeniorContract Manager
This role is Monday to Friday (hours are flexible and part time will be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
o Place adverts andmonitorapplications for warehouse candidates across the sites
o Answering recruitment enquires
o Screening,processingand on-boarding candidates for induction & training
o Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
o Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
o Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
o Management of allinternalsystems i.e., CRM, Online CandidatePortaland Unity
o Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendanceetc.
o Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance
Key behavioural skills:
1. Topossessagood levelof communication skill,both oral and written.
2. To work effectively as part of a teambut also confident working alone.
3. Great Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed.
4. Focus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all times.
